Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan promises Abhira to make their engagement perfect

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) reflects on Vidya's advice to uphold the significance of her role as the Poddar family's daughter-in-law. She also remembers Armsan's (Rohit Purohit) faith in her, which makes her anxious about the missing ring. Torn by guilt, Abhira contemplates confessing the truth to Armaan, feeling unworthy of the Poddar family's affection. Just then, Kiara reminds her to get ready as Kaveri is growing impatient.

Meanwhile, Madhav notices Vidya's unease and inquires about it. Vidya expresses her joy over Rohit (Romit Raj) and Ruhi's (Garvita Sadhwani) growing closeness and shares that Armaan and Abhira are set to be engaged. Madhav tries to comfort Vidya, but she worries if their happiness might be fleeting. Madhav encourages her to stay positive. At the same time, Krish urges Charu to prepare, hinting that she might be next after Arman. However, Charu insists she has no desire to marry, leading Krish, Kiara, and Aryan to playfully tease her. In another part of the house, Madhav frets over the possibility of Kaveri causing a scene at the engagement.

Ruhi plans to expose Abhira:

Rohit reaffirms Madhav that Kaveri has approved Armaan and Abhira's engagement, but Madhav still worries as Kaveri tends to get upset around Abhira. Rohit tries to ease his concerns. Armaan, on the other hand, is excited about the engagement, while Ruhi, secretly infatuated with him, plans to talk to him. But Abhira, burdened by guilt, confesses to Armaan about the lost ring. Abhira breaks down, but Armaan reassures her. When he learns about Abhira's confrontation with the thieves, he scolds her for taking such risks alone. Ruhi, seeing an opportunity, decides to inform Kaveri, hoping that the revelation will lead to the engagement being called off. She remains determined to expose Abhira by revealing to Kaveri that she found the ring on the floor. Ruhi confronts Kaveri, but Rohit intervenes, once again ruining her plan. Frustrated, Ruhi resolves to expose Abhira. 

Armaan comforts Abhira:

Elsewhere, Armaan reassures Abhira, telling her that the ring isn't as important as she is. Despite this, Abhira remains distraught. Ruhi, determined to spill the secret to Kaveri, is taken aback when Rohit gives her a ring. She misinterprets this gesture as a sign that Rohit is staking a claim on her, adding more complexity to her already tangled emotions.

Later, Armaan consoles Abhira and suggests they have a private engagement. The two share a romantic moment, and Armaan promises to make their engagement perfect. Still, Abhira can't shake her worry about the ring.
