Bollywood song "Chikni chameli" is associated with the sizzling moves of actress Katrina Kaif. But the song got a twist when actor and host Aditya Narayan performed on the song with an oomph factor on TV show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs 5.
It was when one of the contestants, Antara, set a condition that she will not perform until Aditya dances on the item song. Aditya donned a blingy red dupatta and dazzled the studio audience with his dance moves. On top of it, he also imitated some popular moves of the song.
Noted singer Alka Yagnik, who is 'Maha Guru' of the Zee TV show, was so impressed with his dance that she said the "song was made for him".

It really matters on who's saying n how it's being said..

I agree with the fact that more than the word, the way its said matters first! But personally I feel, many girls still prefer to be called 'pretty/beautiful/gorgeous' over 'sexy'! These words definitely mean more :)

It depends from whom it comes. If it comes from some tharki uncle, then obviously its deragatory. But if it comes from people who rarely use such "language" or rarely praise someone, then I think they really mean it and one should take it as a compliment. :-)

I personally find it degotary coming from a unknown man. It totally coveys that women are seen as sex objects and nothing more. Words like "beautiful& pretty" anyday than words like "Hot and sexy". Much more respectful and appreceative. It should be said in a respectful manner coming from someone we actually know!
