Whatever I’m today is only because of the show: Malav Rajda on quitting Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Ka Chashmah

‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ is always in the news for more than one reasons. The show witnessed one of the most popular characters Mehta Sahab played by Shailesh Lodha being replaced in the show by Sachin Shroff. Raj Anadkat aka Tapu also officially announced parting ways from the show.

And now another member from the TMKOC family has decided to quit the show. Director Malav Rajda who was a part of the show since it’s inseption, has now decided to call it quits. The ace Director stated that he wants to move out of his comfort zone and try different and challenging projects. Malav has been a part of the show since fourteen years.

Malav took to Instagram and posted a message as he bid adieu to the show. He wrote: Been flooded with calls and messages asking if this news is true... Well YESSS it is true...I have quit the show but my love for the show,the actors, the crew, the technicians, the writers, the producer will always be der...whatever I am today is only coz of tarak mehta...will always have gratitude for the show and our producer Asit bhai for giving me a chance 14 years back...i may have quit but genuinely pray that this show goes on and on..
