What did Salman feel when he met Katrina for the first time?

After sharing the screen space in films like "Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?", "Partner" and "Ek Tha Tiger" they have been the favourites of the audiences both on-screen and off-screen. The duo met at a party at Salman's house when Katrina was just 18-year-old.

From getting introduced to becoming friends, to dating each other reportedly for four years and now sharing a cordial relation with each other despite being the exes the duo have come a long way together. It has been 16 years bot have met and get along well in the industry.

During an interview with a leading magazine when Salman was asked about his first meeting with Katrina, he said, "It was at a small get-together. She had come home for a party and I thought she was one of the sweetest girls ever. She knew my sister and all my friends, but she didn't know me."

However, it is still touted as, Salman Khan is a mentor of Katrina Kaif but, in Kaif had stated that "We all know that Salman has a kind of heart that loves to help people. But for me, the greatest strength that he was to me was that he never tried to give me a special treatment. He always encouraged me to stand up, find your own feet and work hard.I know people may not feel it that way but he really really had a lot of belief in me and that for me was the most important thing."
