Actor Sumeet Vyas fantastically explains in his narration while talking about the show's concept that What comes to your mind when you think of a road trip? The 'Hangover'? 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'? Basically, Fun, Masti etc.
However, for all those who have locked their minds with these glued cliches, you are in for a ride of a lifetime. TVF's latest offering, Tripling' is an absolute epiphany where you will discover yourself even more than you can think.

A recently-got-divorced, handsome and sceptical Chandan (Sumeet Vyas) is back in India after staying abroad, where he meets his spoilt, irresponsible, carefree and free-spirited younger brother, Chitvan (Amol Parashar). Chitvan is extremely surprised to see his brother and after a series of unanticipated situations and escapes, Chitvan decided to lead his brother to an untold, impromptu road trip to visit their sister, Chanchal (Maanvi Gagroo).
On their way to their sister's place which is a palatial home, they get the shocking news of their sister being apparently pregnant. On their arrival, Chanchal is shocked who also informs them that actually the whole pregnancy propaganda is a farce.
The brothers are shocked at learning that Chanchal has faked her pregnancy, but Chanchal explains that she just wanted to get rid of the peer pressure of having a baby, hence she lied to her husband, Pranav (Kunaal Roy Kapur).
Soon after a series of hilarious incidents, Chitvan and Chandan talk to Chanchal about going on a road trip, which is unfortunately refuted by Pranav. He states that going on a road trip with two STRANGE people is not something her family values accept (inspite of the duo being her brothers).
But, in an instance, where Pranav decides to go play golf along with the sibling trio, Chanchal fakes being sick and tells Pranav that the trio will head back home. However, what follows is an amazing scene of candid sibling bonding where getting drunk, cuss words and teasing other suffices the perfect bond.
However, they are caught by Pranav and in a heated argument between the husband and wife, Chanchal unintentionally mentions about how weak' Pranav is in the bed.
A furious Pranav asks Chanchal and her brothers to leave immediately. But, soon after they leave, he realises he mas made a mistake and rushes to follow them.
Will Pranav be able to follow the sibling trio successfully? Will the trio sort out their life problems and lead a better life? Only time will tell.
When it comes to acting..
It is almost a given, when a powerhouse performer like Sumeet Vyas takes up a role, he is certain to ace it. And he has done that with total finesse. In spite of not having amazing one-liners and punches like the character of Chitvan, Sumeet aka Chandan absolutely excels at his role.
Maanvi Gagroo gave us a glimpse of her fantastic acting prowess in the web series, Pitchers'. However, in a lead role, Maanvi is extremely convincing as the confused-yet-bold Chanchal and her way of speaking dialogues is a treat.
Amol Parashar is literally the best thing about Tripling'. You cannot help but fall in love with Chitvan due to ludicrousness, stupidity, hilarious one-liners and carefree attitude. Every time and every frame Chitvan is present, you know you are in for a rib-tickling moment.
Kunaal Roy Kapur may not be advertised as a principal cast member, but his performance is worthy of any award to our knowledge. Of course, he plays the strict, decent and uptight prince with total conviction; but we get a glimpse of a more open and normal' guy who is pondered upon with unwanted responsibilities, which Kunal is a master at too.
The supporting cast of the show is also perfectly placed, where a desperate middle-aged woman, a cocky and creepy man and a stereotypical old person do their jobs amazingly well.
Other Things...
From the background score to the cinematography and from the picturization to the locations, there is not a single factor that leaves any error-like happening. The only factor that can actually be a minimal flaw is the over-promotion of the brand associated to it (however, we are just pin-pointing too much, actually). The Verdict
Tripling is one of the best web-series of all time and we can say this with total conviction. Without any sort of doubt, the show is an absolute winner. A perfect amalgamation of emotions, fun, jokes and reality, Tripling is an intelligent and fantabulous series which is nothing short than any commercial film itself, in fact even better. So don't miss it..!
