"We always laugh on rumors and take it as a joke." - Shaleen

With the growing popularity, our Telly celebs have to come across many rumors. This column focuses on the celebs who have heard some of the craziest rumors against themselves and their reaction on the rumors. This week we got in touch with actor Shaleen Bhanot who was last seen as Ranveer in Star Plus' Sajda Tere Pyar Mein.

Here is Shaleen sharing his reaction towards the craziest rumor he has heard about himself.

Shaleen shares, "Prior two days, when I was about to announce my marriage with Daljeet Bhanot, a news came like - I am not happy getting married with Daljeet and I am splitting with her. This was really the craziest one because that was the day when were about to dispatch all the wedding invitations. We always laugh on rumors and take it as a joke. My friends and family never take any such rumors seriously because they know me better as who I am."

When asked Shaleen as what will he do to the person who is spreading such rumor against him, he told us, "I will wish the person who is spreading the rumor with good luck and will say to him/her that all my best wishes are with him/her. Celebrities are here to do their work and to entertain so they should not think about any such rumors about themselves ever. Your work should talk, so believe in your work."

So, how does he react when he looks back to the rumor? Shaleen says, "I don't look back to the past. I only remember my present and I am very sure of my future so I don't think about my past and the rumors about myself."
