Anupamaa: Anupama's kindness once again lands her at the police station

Star Plus' Anupamaa has taken a new turn with a short leap, shifting the storyline between Anupama's fresh start in Mumbai and the ongoing drama in Ahmedabad involving the Shahs and Kotharis. While fans were hoping for an emotional reunion between Anupama and her daughter Rahi, the situation took an unexpected turn as Rahi clearly expressed she doesn't want her mother back in her life. As Anupama begins settling into her new life in Mumbai, she unexpectedly meets Prem, who hugs her and assures her that she isn't to blame for Aryan's death. Though he urges her to return, Anupama refuses, saying her world now lies in Mumbai and she wants to stay away from her past. Unaware of Prem and Anupama's meeting, Rahi remains distant, while Prem decides to bring the mother and daughter back together. It will be interesting to see whether Prem will succeed once again in reuniting Anupama and Rahi or not.

In the current track, Anupama has formed a bond with Manohar in Mumbai. But things take a turn when his son Tarun arrives and creates trouble over the house. Heartbroken by his son's behaviour, Manohar agrees to leave the house, but soon after, he collapses. Anupama rushes him to the hospital, where the doctor asks for his medical history. In a desperate attempt to save him, Anupama returns to his house to find his medicines and prescriptions, only to be caught off guard when Tarun suddenly walks in and sees her.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, things take a serious turn when Tarun sees Anupama alone in his house, searching for something. He immediately heads to the police and files a complaint, accusing her of stealing important property documents. Unaware of the situation, Anupama returns home feeling nervous and anxious. She rushes to drink water, which leaves her flatmates concerned about her unusual behaviour.

Just then, police officers arrive at her doorstep. They inform Anupama that a complaint has been registered against her by Pandit Manohar's son, Tarun Sharma. The officers explain that she is being accused of theft and hiding or fleeing with documents from Tarun's house. Hearing the allegations, Anupama is completely stunned and breaks down emotionally.

The neighbours try to intervene and stop the police from taking her away, but their efforts go in vain as Anupama is taken to the police station. Meanwhile, Tarun is seen speaking to one of the officers over the phone, telling him to make sure she is taught such a harsh lesson that she remembers it for life and never tries to steal again.

At the police station, Anupama is confronted by the inspector, who aggressively questions her about the alleged theft. Shaken and overwhelmed, Anupama sits on a chair and tearfully pleads her innocence, saying she has not done anything wrong. But just when she thinks things can't get worse, the police officer shows her a piece of evidence that seems to point towards her involvement in the theft, leaving Anupama completely shocked and speechless.
