Anupamaa: Tarun grabs Anupama's hand, but she glares at him fiercely, making him back off in frustration

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Rahi suspects that Manohar is deliberately not picking up her calls due to being preoccupied. To distract herself, she decides to prepare a meal. Elsewhere, Tarun lashes out at Anupama with serious accusations, alleging that she stole money in Manohar's absence. Not stopping there, he further blames her for taking gold and silver items from the house.

Trying to remain calm, Anupama urges Tarun to accompany her to the hospital to inform the doctors about Manohar's health history. However, the situation escalates when Tarun shifts blame once again and, this time, accuses her of concealing the property documents.

Anupama, visibly distressed, pleads with him to come with her to save Manohar, emphasising that his condition is critical. Tarun coldly replies that it would be better if Manohar dies, leaving Anupama horrified.

Without wasting a moment, Anupama grabs the required medication and rushes to the hospital. As she tries to leave, Tarun attempts to stop her by holding her hand, but she glares at him with defiance, forcing him to step back in anger.

Meanwhile, Rahi confides in Prem that she hasn't been able to reach Manohar and expresses her desire to learn dance from him. Prem encourages her to pursue dance in Mumbai, but Rahi refuses to go. When he asks why, she stays silent, leading to a tense argument between the two.

At the Shah residence, Hasmuk searches around for some missing cash. Kinjal tearfully tells Leela and Hasmuk that Toshu might be responsible for taking it. Leela tries to console her. Reflecting on everything, Hasmuk mutters that perhaps it's a blessing that Anupama is no longer living there.

At the hospital, Anupama manages to deliver the medicine to the doctor on time. When the doctor asks about her connection to the patient, Anupama explains that although Manohar has a son, he has no one to truly care for him. She pleads with the doctor to save him. The doctor promises to do their best.

Back at home, Bharti and Preet anxiously wait for Anupama's return. Preet praises Anupama's goodness, and Bharti agrees, noting that at least someone has a kind heart. Just then, Anupama walks in, but her return is short-lived as a police inspector arrives.

The inspector announces that Tarun has lodged a complaint, accusing Anupama of stealing or hiding Manohar's property papers. Anupama is left stunned. Bharti, Preet, and Savita step forward to defend her, but the inspector proceeds to detain her. As Anupama is taken away, memories from her past flood her mind.

In another part of the city, Toshu assures a friend that he'll arrange more money soon. He hands over a partial amount and promises to get the rest. He then wonders how the Kothari family uncovered his secrets.

As fate would have it, an LIC agent bumps into Toshu and informs him that Anupama's insurance policy has matured. Toshu leads the agent to the house, clearly plotting something.

At the police station, Anupama tries to assert her innocence, declaring she's not a thief. Tarun, however, demands that she be punished. Anupama continues to defend herself, saying the charges are baseless. The inspector then reveals a video recording, leaving Anupama completely shocked.
