Vishkanya recreates the Chennai Express magic on the show!

Malay and Appu reprised SRK and Deepika's iconic Chennai Express sequence.

The scene in Chennai Express where SRK carried Deepika to a temple is iconic, no doubt. And when one more of television's favorite couple IshRa (Ishita and Raman from Yeh Hai Mohabbatein) impersonated them, fans went crazy.

Now, another iconic couple - Vishkanya leads Vin Rana and Aishwarya Khare a.k.a Malay and Appu have recreated the scene, but with a twist. Take a look.

In the track, Appu is shown dead due to a bamboo falling on her head. A distressed and helpless Malay carries her to take her to a hospital when he hears the bells of a temple ringing and takes Appu there. He questions Shivji as to why has he done this with Appu and prays to the lord to return Appu's life.

The scene that received tremendous positive feedback, took a toll on both the actors. Says Vin,"It was a big scene. I was constantly lifting Aishwarya on and off for the scene. It took us the whole day to shoot the sequence. And the sun was just adding to our troubles. It was an exhausting sequence to shoot. But it turned out very well."

Aishwarya added, "I was feeling so bad for Vin. I was supposed to be dead for the sequence and hence I had to leave off all my weight on Vin and had to even loosen my neck in the process. The next day, my neck was aching so much."

The actress is in awe of her co-star Vin's dedication. She says, "Vin was lifting me with ease. And its not that I weigh like a feather."

Looks like both the actors' dedication has paid off.
