The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) faced a disappointing exit from the IPL 2024 after their Eliminator clash against Rajasthan Royals. Following the match, star cricketer Virat Kohli took to social media to share a heartfelt post thanking fans for their unwavering support throughout the season. Kohli posted a candid picture of the team huddled together, capturing a moment of unity and camaraderie. In his caption, he wrote, "Thank you once again to all the fans of RCB for making us feel loved and appreciated as always. ??"

Virat Kohli’s legacy as a cricketer continues to grow. Despite facing criticism about his strike rate and performance against spin, Kohli proved his mettle by scoring 741 runs at a strike rate of over 155. His ability to adapt and excel, even at the age of 35, is a testament to his resilience and hard work. Kohli’s remarkable season showcased his talent and resilience, proving that he remains a force to be reckoned with in cricket.

In a recent interview, Kohli shared how his teammate Dinesh Karthik played a pivotal role in helping him during tough times. Kohli expressed his gratitude, stating, "Off the field, I have had some really nice and interesting conversations with him. He is a wise man, has great knowledge about a lot of things, not just cricket. I have thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with him. Even in that phase in 2022 when I did not have a great IPL season, I was really struggling for confidence, he sat me down a couple of times and gave me a very honest explanation of how he is seeing things and maybe I am not able to see them myself.”

On the personal front, Kohli is enjoying the joys of fatherhood with his wife, Anushka Sharma. The couple recently welcomed their baby boy, Vamika Kohli, and their journey together continues to inspire many. Anushka has been a constant support to Kohli, attending his matches and cheering him on, showcasing their strong and loving relationship.

As RCB bids farewell to this IPL season, Kohli’s gratitude post reflects his appreciation for the fans and his commitment to the game.
