Vicky Kaushal reveals the truth why he and Katrina haven't shared the screen yet

Since their wedding in December 2021, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have been the talk of the town for their adorable chemistry. Their social media posts often melt hearts, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the day when they'll share the silver screen. In a recent interview, Vicky shed light on why they haven't appeared in a movie together yet.

Speaking to BollywoodLife, Vicky Kaushal acknowledged the immense anticipation surrounding their on-screen collaboration. However, he explained that they haven't rushed into signing a film for the sake of it. According to Vicky, they are patiently waiting for a project that truly resonates with both of them.

He elaborated, saying that he and Katrina are looking for something that they both can connect with, and he is aware of the curiosity around them. But just because of that, they won't sign a film or anything. The Zara Hatke Zara Bachke actor said, "We will only work on something that really hits us, and we too are waiting for something like that to come by."

When asked about the type of film he'd like to do with Katrina, Vicky mentioned, "I keep saying that if we get any film, the characters should be such that we’re playing to our strengths where I’ll be the silent guy, you be the talkative person, and we’re coming together. So, I think we will go in sync with what works for us."

Talking about his work front,  Vicky Kaushal is busy promoting his upcoming film, "The Great Indian Family," which is set to release on September 22. After which he will be seen in Sam Bahadur directed by Meghna Gulzar.
