The on-going coronavirus outbreak led to earlier precautionary measures, most of which began back in March running till the end of May. And especially back in March, when the lockdown was announced, we came across several instances of when and how several people had to be stranded in the respective city owing to transport being shut down. While actor Diganana Suryavanshi wasn't one of them per se but she actually almost managed to avoid being stranded in another city as opposed to being at home in Mumbai.
Suryavanshi was ready with her boarding pass in her hands when she was about to board a flight to Hyderabad for a film shoot but as luck would have it, an hour and a hald delay in the flight led to a call from the film's team member that the shoot is canceled.
Now, things are getting back to normal in terms of work and not just Survayanashi but the film is all set to pick up things right from where they left. The shoot of her film Seetimaarr will now be resuming soon, with reports suggesting that will be happening in August.
In an interview with SpotboyE, Suryavanshi said, “It’s been a long time since I’ve been home due to the lockdown, and I can’t wait to start working again! I think it’s definitely a good decision. I will also be taking all the safety precautions to ensure that I’m safe. Whether it’s taking home-cooked food to the sets or wearing a mask, for me safety is of utmost importance. And it should for everyone.”
“We finished most part of the film, but it had to be stopped due to the lockdown. But I’m happy to get back to shooting again- and after all, isn’t that what all actors want? I’m eagerly looking forward to finishing shooting for the rest of the film.” she adds.
The flm also stars Gopichand and Tamannaah Bhatia who will be seen as Kabaddi coaches for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana teams, respectively, while Digangana Suryavanshi will play a village girl.
