Vanshaj: Yuvika finds Neel's lifeless body while his heart beats inside Yash

In Sony SAB's Vanshaj, Yuvika Mahajan (Anjali Tatrari) challenges traditional gender norms related to inheritance, leading to a clash with her cousin, Digvijay "DJ" Mahajan (Mahir Pandhi). The storyline takes a new twist with the introduction of the Talwar family, who are the Mahajans' archrivals. As Yuvika embarks on a new chapter in her life, she encounters Yash (Shaleen Malhotra), a new character who threatens to disturb her peace.

In the current episodes, as the Mahajan family prepares for Yuvika and Neel's (Mohit Kumar) wedding, Yuvika discovers that her request for licenses to manufacture electric vehicles has been rejected by the Automotive Authority of India. Despite the wedding festivities, Yuvika secures a significant auction, where she competes directly with Yash. Meanwhile, the Talwar family is dealing with a dire situation as it comes to light that Yash is suffering from a serious heart condition and urgently requires a heart transplant. Adding to the tension, Amarjeet's associates have kidnapped Neel, intending to illegally procure his heart for Yash.

In the upcoming episode of Vanshaj, Neel is knocked unconscious, heightening the tension. Yuvika, emotional, waits for Neel. Neel regains consciousness and tries to escape but is shot in the leg as he runs, collapsing dramatically, not understanding what to do next.

As Neel is shot in the leg, he falls as the cronies call Mudliar, who angrily insists that Neel cannot die because they need his heart. Neel is barely conscious as he is rushed to a dilapidated factory-turned-operating theatre. 

Meanwhile, Yuvika, restless and dancing, is unaware of the danger Neel is in. Amarjeet, Shalini, Sia, and Akshat wait anxiously outside an operation theatre. In the factory, doctors prepare to operate Neel's heart, believing him to be brain dead. Neel experiences a surreal vision before the doctor administers a final injection, leading to his death. 

Simultaneously, a montage shows Neel's heart being removed and placed in an icebox while Yuvika feels an eerie connection as she dances, injured. At the hospital, Amarjeet receives the icebox containing Neel's heart and sternly ends his dealings with Mudliar. The heart is transplanted into Yash, but the operation faces complications, with Mudliar reflecting on the emotional weight of the heart while playing with his daughter. Yuvika and her family, worried about Neel, are stunned when Vidur faints after receiving a shocking call. The doctors struggle to make Yash's body accept Neel's heart, but after intense efforts, the heart finally starts beating. A devastated Yuvika and her family discover Neel's lifeless body, leading to an emotional breakdown in this tragic moment.
