The week of celebrating love is fast approaching and today is the day when lovers confess their feelings to their 'to be valentine' - The Propose Day.

While most couples express their feelings by gifting flowers, cards, etc... and propose their commitment to their loved one, Actors give tips to propose without using those three magical words - I love you!
