Uorfi Javed to visit Bandra Police Station post complaint being filed for her clothing choices

Uorfi Javed is one name you’re always hearing in the headlines. The popular social media sensation is known for her bold and unusual fashion choices. She has received praise for her fashion on numerous occasions, with top designers wanting to collaborate with the actress.

While her fashion gets praise and appreciation from many, there are also those who have viewed her fashion as offensive, and in extreme cases, ‘illegal’. This is now the case as revealed by Times of India, a police complaint has been filed against Uorfi Javed for her clothing at Bandra police station. Uorfi will be attending a hearing on Monday for this complaint.

This is not the first time a police complaint has been filed against Uorfi. In the last year, there have been at least two occasions where police complaints have been filed against her. In December 2022, a complaint was filed against her for ‘obscene acts in public and social media’. Again in January this year, a complaint was filed against her for ‘objectionable clothes’. Uorfi was also reported to have been questioned for about two hours in Amboli police station for this complaint.

In all the police complaints that were filed against Uorfi in the past, none of the complaints were found to be concrete enough, as nothing related to clothing is a punishable offense as per law. More details regarding the new complaint will be revealed at Monday’s hearing.

During the previous complaints, Uorfi expressed her views that there are bigger and more pressing issues in society that need to be dealt with rather than someone’s clothes. Fans will be waiting and watching to see how Uorfi emerges victorious yet again.
