Eat good, stay fit: Bipasha
Bipasha Basu, one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood, says it's important to eat healthy to get the kind of figure she has.
'You look the way you eat. It is very important to eat right. A diet is a very important part of your being... so it's just not for good hair, good body, good mind, it's all inter-related,' said Bipasha.
She has tips for vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians.
'It's very important to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, nuts and if you are a fish eater it's great, but if you are a vegetarian, you have to stick to almonds, walnuts. Eat good things,' she added.
