#TRPToppers: 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2' makes a COMEBACK; Sony TV TOPS the charts!

Another Thursday is here and so is the day of TRPs. While some regulars continue to cement their hold in the respective positions, we did see a major development as Sony TV went on to top the charts for this week. And unlike last time, this did not happen due to Kaun Banega Crorepati 10 topping the charts or so. Why did it happen, let's find out.

It certainly is happy times for many, as the popular show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 makes a comeback to the list after a really long time. The show has been performing decently, but a position in the Top 10 is what solidifies things. With a good 2.4 points, it gets the 10th spot.

Last week saw a huge jump for Zee TV's Tujhse Hai Raabta as it crossed 2 points. However, this week things have gotten better as the show enters Top 10 at the 9th spot with a great 2.4 points.

Sab TV's Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah also re-entered the list after a considerable time of a couple of weeks. The show grabs the 8th spot with 2.5 points.

Staying put from last week is Colors' Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii, where the show actually saw a slight upward trend at 2.5 points which was enough for it to main the position.

After the surprising drop last week, things get a tad better for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as the show garners 2.5 points and moves up to the 6th spot.

One of the major reasons for Sony TV topping the charts this week is the amazing rise of Indian Idol 10. The show rocketed to the 5th spot with an amazing 2.6 points.

Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala's constant rise continued this week too, as the show garnered 2.8 points, which is a massive rise in terms of viewership.

Kumkum Bhagya remained unfazed from the 3rd spot and in fact, even saw increasing numbers to 2.9 points.

Even the other bhagya in the form of Kundali Bhagya remained totally unfazed at the 2nd and in fact, saw a rise in its numbers too at 3.4 points.

Naagin 3's top spot was obviously untouched, but just the like the trend of other shows in top 5, it also saw a bit of a jump in the numbers to 3.9 points.
