This 'Kaal Bhairav Rahasya' actor lost a LOT of weight for his role!

Star Bharat's new show Kaal Bhairav Rahasya starring Sargun Kaur, Chhavi Pandey and Rahul Sharma has the audience enthralled. What you don't know about this good looking male lead is that he has reduced a lot weight for the show. Rahul knew that getting in shape was not going to happen overnight. So, the actor was determined to work on his physic and saw amazing result.

Talking about his transition the actor shared, "The journey has been life-changing. We do not realize how much we ignore our body sometimes. But since I was determined to become fit, I paid close attention to everything - from the food I eat, to the hours of sleep I get - I monitored everything. I must say, it was an eye-opening journey; I'm more in touch with myself than ever - emotionally, physically and spiritually."

He continued, "I never believed people who said 'Your body is a temple'... I always thought it was an exaggeration. I feel I can finally join the wagon of people who worship and treat their bodies like temple. 'No Pain No Gain' is something I strongly believe in."

Chhavi Pandey and Sargun Kaur are seen opposite Rahul in the show.

Well, if you go to see the way the dress was worn Deepika wins here. Deepika rarely has any gashion blunders like Sonam usually faces. In my opinion, Deepika carried it off better though it was a simple and casual look.

I am biggg fan of Deeps and love kangana too..but hea Kangana looks better than Deeps..The hair-do, shoes look better ...though the length seems to be a little longer for Kangana coz of her height, it fits Deeps perfectly..and anyway its a pic of Deepika from the last year...over the year Deepika has mastered her looks and turns out to be perfecto in evry look she endorsed thereafter..
Still maintaining my statement, love both Deepika n Kangana..
