Sanjeev Kapoor is one of the finest chefs in India. When this talented chef came to the television screen, most of the ladies were glued on to the television with their notepads jotting down the fancy recipes shown on the show. Thanks to Sanjeev Kapoor, I got to eat a variety of dishes made by my grandmother, following his awesome recipes!

His level of sophistication was too good! The way he managed all the small bowls filled with all sorts of ingredients and the sleek utensils used in his kitchen, redefining the kitchenware.

The audience' interaction with Sanjeev was quite innovative as well! Many a times Sanjeev would pick up recipes that he would receive in his fan letters and show us how to prepare them. Thousands of fans would send letters to Khana Khazana and Sanjeev would respond to most of them!
