'The Family Man 3' starring Manoj Bajpayee and Priyamani to begin filming by end of 2022

Having been a part of the Hindi film industry for more than three decades, Manoj Bajpayee has given some phenomenal performances in films like, ‘Satya’, ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’, ‘Bhonsle’, and many others. However, it is ‘The Family Man’ that has catapulted him into a new realm of fame. No wonder he is being called the ‘streaming superstar’ of India today.

Following two successful seasons, filmmakers Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK are gearing up to enthral audiences with the third season of Manoj Bajpayee and Priyamani's 'The Family Man.'

According to a news portal report, the climax of the second season hinted at a third season, and Raj and Krishna have already begun work on the script. According to the report, while the creators have figured out the concept, they are still working on the plot and hope to finish it soon. It is expected to hit the market by the end of this year.

Apart from Manoj and Priyamani, additions will be made to the supporting cast for the third season. The casting process will begin soon after the script is completed.

‘The Family Man’ featured Sharib Hashmi, Priyamani, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and Shreya Dhanwanthary among many others.

In the show, we have seen Srikant Tiwari torn between his family life and profession. In an earlier interview with a leading news portal, when Manoj Bajpayee was asked what comes first for him, he had replied, 

“For me, family is of utmost importance. I am lucky that I have a very understanding family.”

On the work front, Raj and DK Raj have three projects in the pipeline. They recently wrapped up a web series starring Shahid Kapoor, Raashii Khanna, and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles. They also have ‘Guns and Gulaabs’, which features Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan and Adarsh Gourav. They will also be helming Varun Dhawan and Samantha starrer ‘Citadel’.
