Telly Boys' Day Out

Ayub Khan along with Faisal Raza Khan, recently launched thier cricket team - Actorlectics - comprising of famous celebrities as a part of a charitable cause. As part of a their opening act, the team played their first friendly match against the already established - Boxy Boys. The match was held at the Goregoan sports complex at Goregaon, Mumbai. The match began at the break of dawn, and continued till late in the afternoon. Actors from both the teams made thier way in and out of the ground, owing to thier prior shooting commitments. Though the Boxy Boys won, it was a moral victory for the the Actorlectics.

The Vice Captain of the team, Faisal Raza Khan stated, "It was a great match. We lost by 15 runs. But at the end of the day, it felt great, that we only lost 3 wickets and made 200 runs. Jay and Karan Wahi did a great job. I would like to thank the Boxy Boys as well and my entire team for their support for our first match".

Ashutosh Rana though wasnt in the match, payed a visit to boost the team. "Its something that began for a social cause, and it's nice that after long and hectic work schedules, we can take some time off to re-live our lives by such games and good causes."

From the Boxy Boys, Anand Suryavanshi quoted, "We all had a lot of fun, but i couldn't stay back till late, as I had to run off for my shoot. I wish the Actorlectics all the best for their new venture..."

As Cricket Fever continues to rock the nation, the entire team of Actorlectics and Boxy Boys wish all a 'Very Happy Holi'...
