Sunidhi Chauhan spills the beans on why Arijit Singh is such a hit, says, 'He Doesn't Love Himself.."

Sunidhi Chauhan stands out as one of the finest playback singers in the Hindi music industry. This renowned singer has collaborated with numerous talented artists, including Arijit Singh. Recently, Sunidhi commended Arijit for his ability to draw inspiration from other singers and praised his humble approach to singing.

In the recent podcast with Raj Shamani on YouTube, Sunidhi Chauhan described Arijit as a "gifted singer" who, even when singing another artist's song, manages to make it his own, captivating the audience as if it were originally his creation.

The Kamli singer mentioned her junior, Arijit, as her "student" and praised his ability to seamlessly transition into different genres and emulate various singers. She highlighted this as a significant quality, noting that the Tum Hi Ho singer achieves this feat "without changing his voice".

Sunidhi mentioned that singers typically adjust their vocals to fit different genres, but Arijit doesn't follow that norm. Despite his success, the Phir Mohabbat singer remains humble and isn't in awe of himself, as shared by Sunidhi.

The Sheila Ki Jawaani singer said, "I think he doesn’t love himself enough, that’s why he is able to do what he is doing. He is a student, he doesn’t think he is Arijit Singh. He doesn’t love himself so much."

She mentioned that Arijit is a "chilled out" dude who enjoys listening to other singers and picking up elements from those he admires.

Expanding on that, the 40-year-old singer revealed that whether it's the iconic late legends like Lata Mangeshkar and Kishore Kumar or newer artists, the Zaalima singer frequently performs songs by various artists at his concerts.

Sunidhi also mentioned that Arijit is all about creating music, and his audience eagerly anticipates his performances. Recently, Arijit Singh had to delay his UK tour due to "medical circumstances".

The gig planned for August will now go down in September this year. In his Insta post, the singer also said sorry to his fans who copped tickets for his show.

He also mentioned that the tickets already bought will still be good for the show next month.

Sunidhi Chauhan and Arijit Singh have teamed up on tracks like Jaanib from Dilliwali Zaalim Girlfriend and Kashmir Main Tu Kanyakumari from Chennai Express. They also joined forces for Dilliwali Girlfriend from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
