Digvijay Singh Rathee has become a notable figure in the world of reality television after gaining recognition through his journeys on MTV's ‘Roadies Karm Ya Kaand’ and ‘Splitsvilla X5’. Digvijay prioritizes fitness, and he opens up on his fitness journey right from the beginning. He also has some sound advice for those who want to embark on their own.

Sharing what inspired him to begin his fitness journey, Digvijay says, “Earlier, when I started, I had one goal, which was to look good, with or without a shirt, but now I have realised that more than looking good, it’s more about being healthy mentally. The satisfaction you get after a workout or after eating healthy all day is something I cherish and feel proud of myself, which boosts my confidence and makes me feel good.”

Digvijay reveals that there were initial challenges in his fitness journey, but he was able to overcome them. “In the beginning, I had no clue what eating healthy and a proper workout felt like. I was just doing what a trainer in the gym used to tell me, but after studying about it over the Internet and earning a diploma in fitness training, I realised it’s not as simple as it looks; there are a lot of eating habits you have to consider.”

He shares that one of the milestones in his fitness journey was helping others in their own journeys. “I had trained many people online before Roadies and Splitsvilla happened.  That used to be my bread and butter back in the day. Also, I've always felt proud of making people feel good about themselves physically and mentally.”

Digvijay adds that fitness can have mental benefits, too. When I started, I never thought it would make me feel better mentally or emotionally, but slowly, I realised that I’ve started feeling more confident about myself. Even on the days I’m feeling low due to XYZ reasons, I try hitting the gym directly because I know that one thing is going to help me feel better emotionally as well.”

He shares some advice for all those who want to get started with their own fitness journeys: “Just be consistent. Even if you don’t feel like working out, do it. Promise yourself to workout 5 or 6 days a week and be very consistent with it. You’ll see miracles happening within 3 months.”

Digvijay Singh Rathee’s dedication to fitness is about maintaining a certain physique and fostering mental strength and resilience. His insights into fitness will inspire others to prioritize their health and embrace a lifestyle that supports physical and mental well-being.
