The couple later hosted a grand reception for their Bollywood friends, and their wedding photos have been making waves online ever since. Today, the actress shared a new set of pictures from their reception, showcasing the outfits they chose for the special evening. These candid shots reveal a couple deeply in love, radiating pure happiness.

Sonakshi captioned the photos with a heartfelt message filled with love and gratitude: "Whattttt a day!!!! For the reception, Sonakshi switched to a traditional red Varanasi silk saree from the brand Raw Mango. The custom saree featured delicate chand buta (gold crescent moon) motifs, a design element inspired by an 18th-century design from the brand's archives. The chand buta motifs symbolize prosperity and good fortune, adding a cultural depth to Sonakshi's look. The saree also had a matching gold border and intricate embroidery. She completed her look with jhumkay, a matching choker, and a gajra in her hair, adding a touch of classic elegance.

In the initial wedding pictures, the newlyweds were seen matching in elegant ivory outfits as they signed their marriage documents. Sonakshi's chic and understated look came from her mother's wardrobe; she wore her mother Poonam Sinha's wedding saree and matching jewelry. Zaheer complemented her perfectly in an ivory embroidered kurta and pyjama.
