Sometimes the comments from fans are too harsh: Shivangi Khedkar on current track of ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali'

Star Plus show ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali’ has always managed to grab the eyeballs. The show is definitely different and has the fans glued to the TV screens. Raghav and Pallavi’s splendid chemistry has worked wonders and the fans totally adore them. The current track of the show has Raghav and Pallavi facing the test of time. Pallavi’s ex-husband Mandar is back and wants Pallavi back in his life while Raghav and Pallavi have fallen deeply in love.
Mandar has challenged Raghav that he would win over Pallavi. In few past instances, Mandar has been successful in creating major rifts between Raghav and Pallavi. While the viewers were initially pumped up for the track, they seem to not appreciate the same much. Fans have been voicing their opinion and giving their negative feedback on the current track of the show on various social media platforms.
India Forums got in touch with Pallavi played by actress Shivangi Khedkar to know more about her views on the fans’ feedback on the current track. Shivangi said, “We are in a TV industry wherein we have to produce episodes for six days in a week. We have to come up with something new every time. Every while there’s a new twist and new story. We’re trying our best to entertain people. Sometimes things can go a little off but not trying is not an option for us. We thought this track wherein Pallavi is stuck between her responsibilities and her love might work, but the audience is expecting something else and that’s fine. We’re getting suggestions and criticism and we’re open for all the opinions. But after knowing that the track isn’t being appreciated, we’re working on changing and altering it”.
Shivangi further added, “Life is such, I mean sometimes somethings would work and sometimes they won’t. It doesn’t upset me much. Sometimes I do feel there are comments which are a little harsh and at times they’re too harsh but I feel that’s the learning phase that I am in right now and I don’t mind reading about criticism, I will take it in a positive stride and will try my best to improve”.
‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali’ is produced by Sandiip Films and SOL Productions. It stars actors like Shivangi Khedkar, Sai Ketan Rao, Geeta Tyagi, Sayli Salunkhe, Kushagre Dua, Himanshu Bamzai, Sameer Deshpande, Snehal Reddy, Priyanka Dhavale among others.

Direct attack on the actor because of a flaw in the actor's character is an offense. Good for Shivangi that she is a good sport and taking constructive criticism well and choosing to ignore personal attacks. The character Pallavi is what many of us were commenting on, not the actor playing the character. Sad some people on social media dont know the difference!

Our Sweet and Talented Shivangi is taking this in a very positive light, which I am extremely appreciative of. The fact that the actors try and see what a track can bring them and add to the show is fabulous. That they are hearing our feedback is wonderful! They are giving us entertainment while we snuggle up with popcorn and enjoy the show. Luckily our girl is very balanced, passionate and so positive minded. I am happy to know they have a good support system with each other.

People need to understand that difference between the actor and the character.. Good to see that she is mature actor and dealing it in a mature way.. both Shivangi and Sai are excellent and the rest of the cast of MHRW

gosh...still people doesnt differntiate between reel & real...they r just the actors, who r told to person, what their creatives tell them to do, according to character...people need to just keep quite & enjoy the show...with all these social media exposure...these all things r happening...or else, we as audience, could not at all connect to them...feel so bad for the actors...they dont deserve all this nonsense to hear :(
