Shivam Khajuria to join Anupamaa as Aadhya's love interest post-leap: Reports

According to a recent update from Times Now, the much-loved series Anupamaa, featuring Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna in lead roles, is expected to undergo a considerable leap in the coming three to four months. This shift in the storyline is poised to not only shake up the existing plot but also introduce several new characters, with a prominent actor set to take on a leading role, marking a pivotal shift in the show's direction.

In a related development, it has been reported that Shivam Khajuria, known for his role in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, is expected to join the cast of Anupamaa following the leap. Additionally, it has been mentioned that Aurra Bhatnagar Badoni will exit the show, with a new face stepping into her role following the leap.

A source close to the production shared with Times Now that "Shivam Khajuria has been finalised to play the lead role in Anupamaa post-leap. He is likely to play Aadhya's love interest in the Rupali Ganguly show. He will come on the show after the leap. Shivam's character will be the key one in developing the storyline of Anupamaa. Aurra Bhatnagar will also leave the show and will be replaced by a new face post-leap."

However, it is important to note that there has been no official confirmation from the show's creators regarding the leap or the new cast members. Both Shivam Khajuria and Aurra Bhatnagar have yet to comment on these developments.

For those unfamiliar, Shivam Khajuria previously portrayed the character Rohit in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai before being replaced by Romit Raaj. Reflecting on his departure, Khajuria noted that Rajan Shahi, the show's producer, had something special in store for him. He also expressed that he would certainly miss portraying the character of Rohit.
