Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Rent Out Their Luxury Apartment at a Staggering Price – Full Details Inside

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are one of Bollywood’s most popular couples. It has been reported that the couple has leased their luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Worli area for a monthly rent of Rs. 20 lakh, with the agreement set for a period of five years. 

According to Hindustan Times, based on the property registration documents provided by SquareYards, the apartment is part of Oberoi Realty’s prestigious Three Sixty West project. The spacious residence spans 5,395 sq ft.

The documents further indicate that the apartment, which includes three parking spaces, has been rented to Dipan Bhuptani, a senior executive at D'Decor Home Fabrics. The rental agreement, which was registered on 7th November 2024, is for a five-year term with an initial security deposit of Rs. 1.23 crore.

If the real estate website’s estimates are accurate, the property is expected to generate a gross rental yield of 4-5%. The lease follows a tiered rental structure, starting at Rs. 20.5 lakh per month and increasing gradually to Rs. 23.98 lakh by the end of the five-year term.

The agreement also includes a rent-free period for the first 10 months. Notably, the apartment, which is located on a higher floor, was originally purchased by Shahid Kapoor from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd in May 2024 for nearly Rs. 60 crore.

Recently, several other Bollywood celebrities, including Kartik Aaryan, Ranveer Singh, and producer Sajid Nadiadwala, have also been reported to have rented out their properties.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have been happily married since 2015 and are proud parents to two children, Misha and Zain, whom they welcomed in 2016 and 2018, respectively.

On the professional front, Shahid will next be seen in Deva, an action entertainer directed by acclaimed Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews. The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Pavail Gulati, and Kubbra Sait in key roles. Backed by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films, Deva is set to release on 14th February 2025, coinciding with Valentine’s Day.

Additionally, Shahid has another highly anticipated project, Ashwatthama: The Saga Continues, which will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video after its theatrical release. The film will be released in five languages.
