As per documents obtained by The Economics Times, Aryan Khan has bought two floors in Panchsheel Park, South Delhi, for ?37 crore. The report mentions that the family now possesses the basement and ground floor of the same building where Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan resided in their early days.

According to the details uncovered by the portal, the deal was officially recorded in May 2024, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 2.64 crore. The article also states that Aryan's mother, Gauri, a well-known interior designer, has personally crafted the house. This residence carries sentimental value for the couple, as Delhi is where their paths first crossed.

Shah Rukh Khan actually owns a heritage villa spanning 27,000 sq-ft in Panchsheel Park, a property he acquired back in 2001 for over Rs 13 crore. Fast forward to today, the current valuation of the estate is estimated to be around Rs 200 crore.
