Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are going to be parents by end of September. This is their first child. The two married in 2018 in Lake Como, Italy. The actress has been on a break after she finished work on ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. Today, the couple went to Siddhivinayak Temple to seek blessings of Bappa. While Ganesha idol installation at homes will happen tomorrow, Ganpati festival has begun in Mumbai. Deepika Padukone wore a green Benarasi saree for her trip to the temple. She is a very religious person. Deepika has been going to Siddhivinayak for a very long time now.

Ranveer Singh looked dashing in a crème kurta and pyjama. They were accompanied by their parents and siblings. Jugjeet Bhavnani, Anju Bhavnani, Ritika Bhavnani, Prakash Padukone, Ujjala Padukone and Anisha Padukone were there too. While the men wore matching crème kurtas for the trip, Ujjala Padukone chose a green silk saree with gajra. Anju Bhavnani opted for a rich orange salwar kameez with gold motifs. All these are considered as auspicious colours. In a video we can see how tightly Anju Bhavnani is holding the hand of Ujjala Padukone. The joy on the faces of the families is palpable. Veena Nagda said that she met Ranveer Singh at the marriage of Ram Charan and also at Radhika Merchant – Anant Ambani. She had done mehendi of Deepika Padukone in Lake Como. She hinted that they may be having a baby boy. Fans are overjoyed seeing these visuals of the couple.

Ranveer Singh is also on a paternity break. The handsome actor will time off till Don 3 shoot starts. Deepika Padukone might join work from March 2025 for ‘Kalki 2’. They have done up their nursery for the little one. The expected date is supposed to be September 28, 2024 and the delivery will happen at the Breach Candy Hospital.
