Shah Rukh Khan to Relocate, Becomes Jackky Bhagnani’s Neighbor as Mannat Undergoes Renovation

Shah Rukh Khan and his family are all set to temporarily shift from their iconic bungalow, Mannat, as it undergoes a major renovation. The superstar has leased two luxury duplex apartments in Mumbai, which will serve as their residence for the next few years. Interestingly, his new neighbors include actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani and his family.

Mannat has been one of Mumbai’s most famous landmarks, attracting fans who visit just to get a glimpse of the actor’s residence. However, due to upcoming renovation work, SRK, along with Gauri Khan and their children, will be relocating to a new duplex apartment in the Pali Hill area of Khar. Reports suggest that the apartments are significantly smaller than Mannat, covering a total area of 10,500 sq ft—less than half the size of his iconic 27,000 sq ft bungalow.

The luxury apartments are located in the Puja Casa building, which is owned by the Bhagnani family. SRK has rented two separate duplexes—one from Jackky Bhagnani and his sister, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and the other from their father, film producer Vashu Bhagnani. The first duplex is on the first and second floors, while the second one is on the seventh and eighth floors. Reports confirm that the Khans will be living here for at least two years.

Jackky Bhagnani and his family, including Vashu and Pooja Bhagnani, reside in the same building. This means that SRK will have them as his neighbors during his stay. Apart from them, the area is home to several Bollywood celebrities, including Sanjay Dutt and the Kapoor family.

SRK is reportedly paying a hefty monthly rent for these apartments. The first duplex is leased at ?11.54 lakh per month, while the second one costs ?12.61 lakh. The lease is for 36 months, starting from April 2025.

With Mannat’s renovation set to begin soon, this temporary relocation marks a significant change for SRK and his family. Fans will now have a new address to visit in hopes of catching a glimpse of the superstar!
