Shah Rukh Khan responds to Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan's 'Jawan' movie night with a witty promise

Recently, two stalwarts of the Indian film industry, Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan, proved that their love for cinema knows no bounds as they embarked on a rare cinematic journey together.

Amid the buzz and anticipation surrounding the release of 'Jawan', a cinematic extravaganza starring none other than the Badshah of Bollywood himself, Shah Rukh Khan, Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan decided to break free from their busy schedules and embark on a movie date night, igniting the flames of nostalgia. 

Soni Razdan took to the Twitterverse to share her thoughts on the cinematic masterpiece that is 'Jawan'. She exclaimed, "It took @iamsrk and #Jawaan to get the both of us out on a movie date night after I don’t know how many years! And what a fabulous film - mind is blown is happy @Atlee_dir wow Sir. Shah Rukh Khan gets more amazing with each film. Huge congratulations all round."

The power couple's cinematic escapade didn't go unnoticed. Shah Rukh Khan himself, known for his charm both on and off the screen, responded to Soni Razdan's heartfelt review with grace and humor. He quipped, "Thank u ma’am!!! My regards to sir as well…. Now I’ll do more movies soon so u guys can go on such dates more often. Ha ha… love u."

When the paparazzi caught up with Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan after their cinematic sojourn, their excitement was palpable. Soni Razdan described 'Jawan' as "fab," a succinct expression of her admiration for the film's brilliance. When asked to choose between Shah Rukh Khan's characters in the movie, she diplomatically mentioned, "Both, but the father was too good." Mahesh Bhatt, with his trademark wit, added a humorous touch to the conversation, saying, "Waisi hi lagi jaise pure Hindustan ko puri duniya ko lag rahi hai" (It felt the same way as if the whole of India and the entire world is feeling).

'Jawan', helmed by the visionary director Atlee and featuring a talented ensemble cast, graced the silver screen on September 7, 2023, and has since been setting new benchmarks in the world of Indian cinema.
