As reported earlier, Abhishek Kapoor's company Guy In The Sky Pictures and KriArj Entertainment were co-producing the big-budget disaster film "Kedarnath" starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan.

Abhishek, who is also directing the film had a fall out with producer Prernaa Arora (of KriArj Entertainment) and decided to end his agreement!

The two are currently at loggerheads with each other and have also moved to court to solve their issues.

Since the two parties are taking the legal course, no other production house is keen in connecting with the film.

Due to all these differences, the film is now put on hold and this is now adversely affecting Sara Ali Khan, as she was all set to mark her Bollywood debut with this film.

Concerned about her daughter's career, mommy Amrita Singh bashed director Abhishek Kapoor for his brash behavior.

A source revealed to DNA, "When Gattu called Dingy (Amrita) to tell her about his decision to fly solo with Kedarnath and only getting a big studio on board for the release, Amrita completely lost her cool with him. A heated argument took place between the two."
