Samridhii Shukla Celebrates Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's Top TRP Ranking Alongside Anupamaa

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, one of television’s longest-running shows, has seen a lot of success over the years. Recently, it regained its spot at the top of the TRP charts, alongside the popular show Anupamaa. This exciting news was welcomed by the cast, including Samridhii Shukla, who shared her happiness with the fans.

For a while, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai had been struggling with its TRP ratings due to some changes in the storyline that didn’t connect well with the audience. However, the show has now bounced back, securing a shared number one spot on the TRP list with Anupamaa.

In a conversation with Bollywood Life, Samridhii Shukla expressed her excitement about the achievement. She said, “I wanted this since a long time. I wanted our show to be number one.” Her joy was evident as she spoke about how it had always been her dream to see Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai at the top.

Samridhii also mentioned how special it was to share the number one spot with Anupamaa. Both shows are produced by Rajan Shahi under his banner, Directors Kut Productions (DKP). The actress was thrilled to see both DKP shows leading the TRP charts together.

Currently, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai focuses on the emotional journey of Abhira and Ruhi. Abhira goes into labor while Ruhi faces a tragic accident. Abhira loses her baby, and Ruhi, who falls into a coma, gives birth to a child. Rohit, in a twist, tells Abhira that the baby is hers. The storyline has been gripping audiences, with a stellar cast including Samridhii Shukla, Rohit Purohit, and Garvita Sadhwani.

Meanwhile, Rupali Ganguly’s Anupamaa has maintained its place at the top for a long time. Even after a 15-year generation leap, the show continues to engage viewers, with Alisha Parveen and Shivam Khajuria taking over the lead roles.
