At a promotional event for the new season of Bigg Boss, the actor revealed to the paparazzi that two of his ribs were broken, a more severe injury than initially believed. Despite the pain, Salman has shown remarkable dedication to his work, fulfilling his professional commitments.

In a video that surfaced online, Salman was seen arriving at the event, carefully making his way to his vanity van, surrounded by photographers. He was heard politely cautioning the crowd to keep a safe distance, saying, "Aaram se, do pasliyan tooti hain" (Be careful, I have two broken ribs). This confession confirmed what fans had been speculating after he was previously spotted in discomfort at a children’s event.

Just days before the Bigg Boss shoot, Salman was seen attending the Bacche Bole Morya event in Mumbai, where his injury was already apparent. Several videos from the event showed the actor clutching his side and wincing in pain, sparking concern among his fans. Despite the clear discomfort, Salman chose to honor his commitment and attend the event, showcasing his strong sense of responsibility.

Amruta Fadnavis, one of the event organizers, praised Salman for his dedication, noting that even though he was in pain, he did not back out of the event. "Despite being hurt and unwell, he still made it, showing his dedication," she said.
