‘Sadda Haq’ will always be special for me: Ankit Gupta on the show completing eight years

Channel V’s popular show ‘Sadda Haq’ is still in the viewers’ heart and mind. The youth-based show became extremely popular. It had actors like Harshita Gaur, Param Singh and Ankit Gupta playing the lead roles of Sanyukta, Randheer and Parth respectively. The show was produced by Beyond Dreams Pvt Ltd. It gave the industry three gem actors in the form of Harshita, Param and Ankit. The trio tasted fame with the show and now have become a known name in the entertainment industry. The show will soon complete eight years since it first aired.

India Forums got in touch with actor Ankit Gupta who played the character of Parth in the show and asked him about his thoughts on the show completing eight years.

He said, “It feels surreal that the show has completed eight years. I mean, it seems like yesterday. The show has been very close to my heart. It was my first show and I made some very good friends with whom I’m still in touch with. The character ‘Parth’ that I played in the show attracted many fans. I was bombarded with fans’ gifts and appreciative letters every now and then. Sometimes, I miss the show; the cast and crew. Since the cast was a young lot, we used to have a ball of time and work didn’t seem like work because it was so much fun with positive people around. Sadda Haq will always hold a special place in my heart”.

Currently, Ankit is gaining accolades for his performance in Colors’ number one show ‘Udaariyaan’.

Apart from Ankit, Param and Harshita, the show also featured actors like Krrip Suri, Gachui Homring, Chirag Desai, Prince Dua, Nisha Neha Nayak among others.
