Everyone is shocked at the sudden death of Kaanta Laga girl Shefali Jariwala. The 42-year-old who suffered from epilepsy had controlled her condition with regimented lifestyle, meditation and yoga. People are still in disbelief that someone so young with such a disciplined lifestyle can pass away so soon. This again reminds us of the unpredictability and fragility of life. As fans revisit her old videos, her podcast with Paras Chhabra has come to the fore. In the conversation, Paras Chhabra had assessed her astrological chart. He had spoken about sudden death due to the alignment of planets. The podcast happened some months back.

He had told Shefali that moon (Chandra), Mercury (Buddh) and Ketu (Shadow Planet) were in her eighth house. The combination of Moon and Ketu is said to be very unfavourable and dangerous. The eighth house of a person indicates loss, sudden death, fame, hidden mysteries, Tantra, as per the podcast of Paras Chhabra. He had told her that this alignment was the cause of her anxiety and neurological problems.

As we know, Moon and Mercury are associated with brain-related problems and afflictions of the nervous system. It seems Shefali Jariwala got her first epileptic seizure at the age of 15 when she was in her 10th grade. She said there were medicines for neurological disorders like epilepsy. She said she had to make lifestyle changes, and yoga-meditation helped her immensely. She had said, “You have to learn how to calm yourself. Today, I'm 20 years epilepsy free, and I spread a lot of awareness about it. You need medical treatment, and it can be cured.”
