Ranveer & Deepika's new sea-facing quadraplex close to SRK's Mannat almost ready; to shift after baby arrives?

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, are gearing up to welcome a new chapter in their lives, both personally and professionally. As the couple prepares to embrace parenthood, reports suggest they are also set to move into a magnificent new home in Mumbai's Bandra, a neighborhood that houses some of the most iconic figures in the industry.

The couple's new residence is a sea-facing quadraplex situated on the prestigious Bandra Bandstand, renowned for being home to Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat. Spanning an impressive 11,266 square feet of interior space and an additional 1,300 square feet of terrace space, the luxurious property occupies four floors—from the 16th to the 19th—of the building. Valued at over Rs 100 crore, this grand abode is set to become the new haven for the couple as they prepare to welcome their first child.

The news of their pregnancy was shared earlier this year, with the baby expected to arrive in September 2024. Deepika has been proudly flaunting her baby bump during her recent appearances, radiating joy and excitement. Her latest outing saw her dining with Ranveer's family and Indian badminton star Lakshya Sen, looking effortlessly chic in a black bodycon dress paired with an oversized blazer. The actress's pregnancy glow was unmistakable, and she seemed to enjoy every moment of her evening with loved ones.

Ranveer and Deepika, who tied the knot in a dreamy Italian wedding in 2018, have always been the epitome of couple goals. They released their wedding video only recently, during the premiere of Koffee with Karan Season 8 in 2023, much to the delight of their fans.

On the work front, the power couple will soon be seen sharing the screen again in Rohit Shetty's highly anticipated cop drama, Singham Again. Slated for a Diwali release, the film also stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, and Akshay Kumar. Following this, Ranveer has lined up roles in Aditya Dhar's action thriller and Farhan Akhtar's Don 3.
