Rani Mukerji and Kajol reminisce about Kuch Kuch Hota Hai days at an event

Actress Rani Mukerji and Kajol were spotted at an event in the city, donning beautiful sarees. This appearance comes after they were seen together at an award event. During their recent appearance, the two actresses enjoyed a mini-reunion of their hit film "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" sans Shah Rukh Khan. 

During the event, Kajol was amazed at how Rani managed to dance to the Koi Mil Gaya song while wearing a short dress. Rani revealed that she didn't know how she managed to do it as it was her first time wearing such a short skirt. She was initially terrified to walk on the platform, but the support she received from the team, especially Karan, made her feel confident.

Rani also added that she was shocked when she saw herself on screen. She shared she was only 17 years old, and till such time, she hadn't worn such a short skirt ever in her life. So when Karan and Manish (Malhotra) presented the outfit to her, it was a gown that kept getting shorter until she reached the set. When the outfit was taken to the cameramen, he looked at it and said, 'Oh, is this for baby Sana", and they were like, 'No, it is actually for Rani'.

She further said that she was 'petrified' to walk on the platform. She even revealed that SRK, Karan and the entire team made her feel comfortable. 

The 1998 romantic drama directed by Karan Johar is still loved by many, with people even enjoying Salman Khan's special appearance in it.
