In the inaugural segment, the narrative will delve into the life of Lord Rama, capturing moments from Ayodhya, his union with Sita, and the subsequent 14-year exile. The climax promises a riveting portrayal of the pivotal event where Sita faces abduction by the formidable antagonist, Ravana. 

Insights from Bollywood Hungama suggest that the second installment will illuminate Lord Ram and Lakshman's encounters with Lord Hanuman and the Vaanar Sena, leading to the construction of the iconic Ram Setu. The final chapter is poised to depict the epic confrontation between the Vaanar Sena and Ravana's formidable army, culminating in Ravana's defeat and Lord Ram's triumphant return to Ayodhya alongside Sita.

According to reports, Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up to commence filming for Nitesh Tiwari's magnum opus, with a substantial portion set to be shot in Mumbai over 60 days, followed by a London schedule. Notably, the sections portraying Lanka in the Ramayana narrative will be captured in London for approximately 60 days, with actor Yash joining Ranbir in this leg of the shooting. In the cinematic rendition of Ramayana, Ranbir Kapoor embodies the iconic role of Lord Ram, while Sai Pallavi takes on the portrayal of Sita Ma. Yash is set to don the ten-headed Ravana character, expressing his enthusiasm for the multi-faceted role.

As per reports, the star-studded cast includes Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman and Lara Dutta bringing Kaikeyi to life on the silver screen.
