Rachi Sharma opens up on getting recognition with her stint in Kumkum Bhagya

Rachi Sharma, currently at the helm of Zee TV's popular show 'Kumkum Bhagya,' engaged in an exclusive conversation with us, sharing her perspective on gaining recognition through her role in Kumkum Bhagya, especially after her previous show 'Durga aur Charu' failed to captivate the audience.

Expressing her thoughts on the matter, the actress stated, "I genuinely believe that I will receive the recognition I deserve as an actor through Kumkum Bhagya. It's a massive show, and my previous ventures, like Durga aur Charu, unfortunately went off the air after a few months, and, of course, that was disheartening. However, when I learned about Kumkum Bhagya, it presented a significant opportunity. Since the promos started airing, I've been inundated with calls. So, yes, I am confident that recognition will come my way."

When questioned about whether she views the show as a pivotal point in her career, Ruchi responded, "Um, I'm not entirely sure. I began with character roles, and I did gain some recognition with 'Wo Toh Hai Albela.' However, Kumkum Bhagya is a different ball game altogether. If you ask me, as a proper lead, yes, because even with 'Durga aur Charu,' people knew me to some extent. However, with this show, a larger audience will recognize me. So, yes, I believe it's a significant step in my career."
