Anupamaa: Anupama offers her assistance and comforts Aadhya with a tight hug, soothing her

The popular Star Plus serial "Anupamaa" recently took a significant leap forward in time, bringing about significant shifts in the storyline and cast. However, fans were left devastated by a surprising twist, as Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) and Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) experienced a heart-wrenching separation. The current storyline revolves around Anuj and Shruti's wedding preparations, which come to a halt as Shruti takes the gunshot while saving Anupama.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, Anuj asks Anupama to assist Aadhya, who has been experiencing panic attacks recently. He urges her to stay with them at their house for the sake of their daughter. After contemplation, Anupama agrees and takes her luggage to go with Anuj. However, upon entering, she is met with Aadhya's wrath. 

In another subplot, Aadhya is shown expressing anger by tearing up cushions, and despite Anupama's attempts to intervene, she pushes her away, asserting that Anupama only worsens the situation. Aadhya expresses her lack of trust in Anupama and attempts to leave, exhibiting troubling behaviour towards her. Despite the challenges, Anupama offers her assistance and tightly hugs Aadhya, eventually calming her down. Anupama reflects on how she underestimated the severity of Aadhya's panic attacks and contemplates how she will support Aadhya in overcoming them.

During the cooking competition's semi-final round, Anupama remains focused on excelling, but a mishap in the studio triggers memories of Shruti's shooting incident, causing her to faint and subsequently be disqualified. Amidst family tensions and personal struggles, Anupama finds solace in Biji and Yashdeep, while Kinjal defends her mother against Toshu's callous reaction.
