"Recently I was approached for the show Hatim"

The gorgeous actress Adaa Khan who has entertained the audience with her acting skills in daily soaps has been appreciated for her performance too. She was last seen in Rajan Shahi's Director Cut's productions daily soap Amrit Manthan that aired on Life OK. She is very popularly known as Amrit of Amrit Manthan now.

It has been quite some time now that the show has ended. On the same we got in touch with Adaa Khan to know about her upcoming plans on television, the type of roles that she is looking forward to play, her take on reality shows and much more.

Here it is what she said...

When asked Adaa about upcoming plans on television she shares, "Well there are not many upcoming plans. I have done many episodics recently, like Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Fear Files and Savdhaan India Maha movie. All were power packed roles and I am looking forward to some more power packed performance based shows only."

Adaa says that she is patiently waiting for a good opportunity to come her way, "Yes, there have been a lot of offers in my kitty, but I am very choosy now. I have done some amazing roles and shows before so I am looking forward to something like that only. I am happy with the fact that I am being approached for positive roles even after playing a negative role in the show Amrit Manthan. I don't want to take up anything in hurry so I am waiting patiently for the right opportunity to come my way."

Adaa is eager to fulfill her mother's wish and says, "As per my mother's wish, she wanted to see me in a romantic show and I am looking forward for something like that to come my way. I will be more than happy to take it and fulfill my mother's wish."

She says that she is flooded with mythological and historical shows offers, "Recently I have been getting a lot of mythological and historical shows. It is not like that I don't like any mythological or historical shows that I haven't taken up yet, it is just that I am not yet prepared to play a character in these shows. I was approached for the show Hatim too as the lead opposite to Hatim but I couldn't take up the show as my entire focus is just on daily soaps currently."

Every daily soap artist should try their hand at reality shows; says Adaa "According to me every daily soap artist should try their hand at reality shows. For a change it brings out the real character of an actor while doing a reality show. Dance based reality shows are just amazing and Kaun Banega Crorepati is one superb reality show."

However, she says that being a part of the reality show Bigg Boss which airs on Colors, is not her cup of tea, "Yes, it is very true that I was offered the reality show Bigg Boss. I did not take up that show because I feel that show is not my cup of tea."

We had even heard that she has been approached for the dance reality show Nach Baliye which comes on Star Plus. When asked about the same here is what Adaa said, "Well, I would not like to  comment on it."

Well she has been getting a lot of film offers too, says Adaa "Yes, I am getting offers for films, but I feel that I am not yet prepared for films."
