Nitish Pandey Bags Sony TV’s next!

Jay Mehta productions which is known for its shows with intriguing plot and storyline like Rab Se Sona Ishq, Jiji Maa, Gathbandhan, Ekk Nayi Pehchaan, Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey is all set to launch yet another show for Sony TV.

Earlier it was also reported that Akshay Mhatre who is known for his show Piyaa Albela and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein Avantika Hundal has also been roped in for the show. However, as per the latest media reports, Nitish Pandey also bagged a role in the series. He will be seen playing the role of Akshay’s father opposite Suchitra Trivedi who will be playing his Mother. 

Nitish has also been a part of several shows like Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge and Astitva...Ek Prem Kahani amongst others. 

The show will mostly be a finite series and will be shot overseas in London. It is apparently inspired from Sridevi starrer English Vinglish. Suchitra Trivedi who has been roped in to play Akshay’s mother will be keen to learn English.
