Nitanshi Goel reveals she is 'feeling very happy' As Laapataa Ladies Heads To Oscars 2025

The film was officially chosen as India's submission on September 23. Shortly after, Kiran Rao expressed her gratitude to the team and actors on social media for this achievement. Nitanshi Goel commented that Rao's film has inspired many to achieve their aspirations.

Kiran Rao penned a heartfelt note thanking all the project members upon discovering that 'Laapataa Ladies' is India's official pick for the Best International Feature Film Oscar in 2025. Nitanshi Goel, portraying Phool Kumari in the film, commented, "Kiran mam aapne toh bahut sapne poore kar diye. I am still processing it if this is true."
