Mahabharat's Dritarashtra, Thakur Anoop Singh wins gold at Mr.World 2015!

Thakur Anoop Singh, who is known for his role of Dritarashtra in 'Mahabharat' has bagged gold at Mr.World body building championship 2015, that took place in Thailand. Anoop Singh stood first out of 70 body builders from over 47 countries! He took down two Thai Body builders in the finals.

Anoop was initially a pilot who flew frequently. However, he had to look for other employment options due to the recession that happened in 2008.

He decided to give a shot at the Indian Television industry. He bagged the role of Dritarashtra on the show 'Mahabharat' in the year 2011. After the huge success of the show and after all the love he got as Dritarashtra, he named his twitter handle as @Dritarashtra too!

Anoop was quite active on social media and kept updating his workout progress on various sites.

He also tweeted that he felt awesome and it was a priceless moment for him, when he lifted the Indian flag after his victory.
