Did Luv Sinha really exclude sister Sonakshi from post?
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal tied the knot some days back at his Bandra residence. Her brother Luv Sinha was not seen at the function. Ever since news of the nuptials was announced, there are rumours that the Sinha family was not unanimously happy with the inter-faith marriage. While the religious difference was one thing, the fact that Zaheer Iqbal was not a ‘settled actor’ apparently upset folks of the Heeramandi actress. But Sonakshi Sinha’s parents were seen at the marriage ceremonies. They also did a pooja at their sprawling Ramayana bungalow to bless the bride-to-be. The marriage was one of the most low-key ones in Bollywood.
Today, on the occasion of Shatrughan and Poonam Sinha’s marriage anniversary, Luv Sinha wished his parents. He said they are the most amazing people. Luv said he is grateful to be born as their child. He had shared a pic of his parents, and the two brothers together. Once, the story came out media outlets did stories that he excluded his sister Sonakshi Sinha. Well, it is nothing like he removed her, as the original pic does not feature her at all. Shatrughan Sinha said there is a vicious smear campaign on his family online, and he will not tolerate it.

It seems Iqbal Ratansi is close to some political bigwig whose ideology or actions Luv Sinha does not endorse. This was allegedly his biggest issue with the wedding. Then, he clarified that he did not mention this to any media but people had assumed. Shatrughan Sinha said they are like any normal household. He said even normal people have disagreements during weddings but this does not mean a lack of love or bond between members. Luv Sinha also said that family comes first for him.
Iqbal Ratansi had clarified that it was a civil marriage and there was no conversion. He said he believes in humanity and religion does not matter in a union of love. Even Mukesh Khanna defended the marriage saying that this was no Love Jihad as the two knew one another for seven long years. He said people from two faiths can marry, and there is nothing wrong in it.
