Laut Aao Trisha fame Nalini Negi is set to feature in the horror short film

Television actress Nalini Negi, known for her roles in shows like Laut Aao Trisha, Laal Ishq, and Naamkarann, will appear in the upcoming horror short film Happy Ending.  

Directed by Anil Bajpai, the film is produced and written by Mushtaq Shiekh under the banner of Content Films and Twenty First Century Motion Arts Pvt Ltd. This 11-minute Halloween horror short will be available to stream on Jio Cinema. 

Nalini opens up about her character in the film, saying, "My character is a girl who finds herself alone at home on Halloween night. As she settles in to watch a horror movie, she becomes immersed in a suspenseful and chilling experience."

Discussing the challenges and preparations she undertook, she states, "Yes, it was challenging since I haven't done horror before, but I was excited to take on the role. Before joining the project, the writer, Mr. Mushtaq Shaikh, gave me a detailed one-on-one briefing about the character and storyline, which helped me get into the role. The entire team, from the director to the DOPs , was incredibly supportive and dedicated, making the experience fulfilling."

She shares her working experience, saying, "Filming 'Happy Ending' was fantastic. I had a lot of fun during the shoot, and it provided me with a unique opportunity to expand my range as an actress."

Spilling the beans about the film's USP, she said, "The film's USP is its unexpected twist, which sets it apart from typical horror movies. Without revealing too much, I can assure you that it will keep you on the edge of your seat. You'll have to watch it to discover the thrilling surprise."
