The Story:
It's embarrassing to even tag the word, 'story' for this film. Two good-for-nothing boys get a call from their long lost friend in Thailand, who is a porn filmmaker to come to the country. The friend does the unique act of basing his videos on famous Bollywood films by spoofing them in their adult version. Meanwhile, one of the two guys falls in love with a damsel, who he spots on the beach. What lies ahead is a task for the in-love boy, who has to impress his ladylove's father, a traditional and religious man. Will the guy succeed in winning over his girlfriend's father, considering he has to transform a bunch of porn actors into posing as clean and religious people?
You may have started racking your brains by reading this summary, that it sounds a bit familiar! Well, yes the second half which shows the protagonist's hurdles in trying to impress the girl's father will make you go back to various films which have featured similar cliched plots, most recent being Bol Bachchan. It can be termed as Bol Bachchan meets the old Golmaal, but again in an adult version.
The Characters:
Tusshar Kapoor plays the role of Kanhaiya, the son of an established businessman, Mr Lele (Shakti Kapoor) who gets kicked out of the business and is convinced by his friends to enter the porn industry. Tusshar has never managed to impress with his roles in the adult series, even the success of previous films was credited to others. He overdoes almost each and every scene of the film and is weak till the end, providing a supremely lackluster performance.
Aftab Shivdasani plays Rocky, the Casanova friend of Kanhaiya, who enters the porn industry with him and stands by him in every hurdle. The usually good-at-comedy Aftab (Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega and Masti) is substandard in this film and doesn't have much to flaunt his comic skills. He just ends up being a second fiddle to Tusshar and doesn't really deliver anything funny!
Krushna Abhishek as Mickey, the porn filmmaker urges the duo to become porn actors and helps Tusshar in his journey to claim his love. Krushna is probably the only cast member to deliver a great performance doing what he does best. His supporting role and some physical comedy is some of the watchable parts of the film.
Mandana Karimi as Shalu is supposed to be the lead actress, however, you can neither see her being the 'lead' nor 'acting.' Gizele Thakral and Claudia Ciesla have done nothing but flaunt their assets and are apparently aroused all the time, courtesy their pornographic films experience of three years (as the story suggests.)
Darshan Jariwala and Shakti Kapoor give their usual performances, however one cannot blame them for mediocrity as its the script that fails. Meghna Naidu is seen in a role on the big screen after a long time, however, she is only seen stripping and skin showing which amounts to nothing substantial. (Psst! She plays Tusshar's stepmother in the film.)
