Kriti Sanon annoyed by false info amid Kabir Bahia rumors; says THIS

Kriti Sanon's had a fab year with two hits - Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya and Crew. But she's not too happy about all the gossip and rumors circulating about her. She finds them super annoying, especially because they affect her family too. Rumors about her relationship with millionaire Kabir Bahia have been making the rounds for a while now.

In a recent chat with Filmfare, Kriti Sanon was quizzed about how she handles all the 'gossip' surrounding her. In response to this, the actress said, "When false negative information is published about me, it’s not just frustrating for myself but also impacts my family." She firmly stated that she feels strongly that her family shouldn't bear the brunt of something false.

"It’s particularly aggravating when random rumors, like me supposedly getting married, start circulating. Friends then message me assuming it’s true, and I have to clarify that it’s not," she said.

The actress also shared her disappointment at folks who don't even bother checking facts before sharing stories on social media, where, as she puts it, negativity spreads like wildfire. "Having to constantly correct these falsehoods is incredibly irritating and ends up being more bothersome than anything else," she further added.

For those who may not know, Kriti Sanon marked her 34th birthday on July 27 while vacationing in Greece. She was joined by her sister Nupur Sanon, musician Stebin Ben, and a group of friends. Numerous photos and videos from their trip made their way online, with particular attention drawn to the rumored presence of Kriti's beau, Kabir Bahia.

Adding to that, fans were speedy to spot Kriti and Kabir donning the same shrug in photos that went viral on the internet.

In that same interview, the actress delved into her thoughts on an ideal partner. When asked about what a man could bring to her life despite being self-made, she emphasized the importance of having individuals who bring positivity and support. She expressed the desire for people who uplift and inspire you to grow, encouraging personal development and standing by you through tough times.

The actress said, “You desire a partner who will be there for you when you return home, sharing both happy and sad moments.”

Kriti shared how accomplishments can seem "meaningless" when there's no one to share them with. She also touched upon the challenge of maintaining stable relationships in the film industry, leading to potential loneliness. She discussed how connections are forged on one movie set but fade away after a short time. Kriti emphasized the transient nature of everything in the industry, making having constants in life all the more vital. 

On the professional front, Kriti Sanon is set to star in Do Patti, her debut production venture. The film, helmed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, is a collaboration between Kanika Dhillon’s Kathha Pictures and Kriti Sanon’s Blue Butterfly Films.

Besides Kriti, the movie will feature Kajol, Tanvi Azmi, and Shaheer Sheikh in significant roles. Set against the captivating and enigmatic hills of North India, the film unfolds as an intense thriller. It is scheduled for a direct digital premiere on Netflix shortly.

In an intriguing twist, Kajol will portray a cop while Kriti will embody the character of a femme fatale, as teased in the trailer.
