Kartik Aaryan rents out his fancy Rs 17.4 crore Juhu apartment, and the monthly rent will surely astonish you

Kartik Aaryan has leased his luxurious Mumbai apartment worth Rs 17.4 crore for Rs 4.5 lakh per month, as per property registration documents obtained via the prop-tech platform Square Yards. The lease deal, officially registered on August 28, required a stamp duty payment of Rs 42,500.

According to info from a real estate site, the property registration featured a stamp duty of Rs 42,500. The apartment, located in the Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing Society, spans 1,912 square feet. Aaryan and his mother, Mala Tiwari, collectively bought the property on June 30, 2024, for Rs 17.5 crore.

The acquisition incurred a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000, encompassing two parking spots. As per details from a real estate site, the apartment's rental yield stands at 3.1 percent. Interestingly, this isn't Aaryan's sole real estate venture; back in July 2023, his parents secured a Rs 16.5 crore apartment on the 8th floor of the identical building.

Juhu, known for its stunning beachfront and high-end residences, remains a top choice for celebrities and business folks. The neighborhood's allure is enhanced by its proximity to luxurious facilities. Square Yards states that Aaryan's property has a rental yield of 3.1%, showing the percentage of the property's total value earned annually from rental earnings.

In the past year, Aaryan's mom, Mala Tiwari, rented a 3,681-square-foot apartment from actor Shahid Kapoor, agreeing to a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh and a security deposit of Rs 45 lakh for a lease period of 36 months. Earlier this year, famous lyricist Javed Akhtar also acquired a residence in the same area, showcasing Juhu's lasting charm.

On the professional front, Aaryan was recently seen in Kabir Khan's sports drama Chandu Champion, which received praise from fans and critics. Next up, the actor is all set for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with Triptii Dimri, Madhuri Dixit, and Vidya Balan.
